Exhibitors: We recommend set up before 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event. One table will be provided with two (2) chairs per table. If additional tables are needed, please specify above. Organizations participating in the Event will have an opportunity to display brochures and other informational materials. To ensure your booth is properly set up, please specify any additional needs/accommodations so we can make necessary arrangements at least one week in advance. No extension cords will be provided.
